Taco Soup

Ingredients:

1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2-15oz cans stewed tomatoes
2-15oz cans pinto beans (UN drained)
1-15oz can corn (UN drained!)
1 package taco seasoning mix
Cheddar cheese
Green onions, sliced

Directions:

Brown beef. Add onions & sauté. In a large soup pot, combine all ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Pour into individual bowls and top with cheddar cheese & green onions.
