Ingredients:
¾ lb. Cod or other fish good for frying
½ c. flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ c. milk
¾ c. dried bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Non-stick cooking spray (PAM butter flavor)
Spray a shallow baking pan with PAM.
Wash & dry fish; cut into 3”-4” pieces. Dredge fish pieces in flour, dip in milk, roll in bread crumbs. Place fish on baking pan, salt & pepper to taste; spray well with PAM.
Bake fish for about 10- 15 minutes, less time if fish is thinly sliced.
