Fudge Truffle Cheesecake



Crust:
1 ½ c. vanilla wafer crumbs
½ c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. margarine
Press firmly on bottom of 9” spring form pan
Filling:
3 (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chip, melted
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 300. In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool, chill.
