Ingredients:
5 lbs. Potatoes- peeled, cooked, and cubed
8 oz. Cream cheese, cubed
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 T. onion salt
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mash potatoes with cream cheese. Stir in butter and following ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spoon into 9x13 dish. Dot with butter and cook through. (Also great to make ahead and refrigerate or freeze before cooking.)
