Easy Potato Quiche

Ingredients:

Ore Ida frozen shredded potatoes
Mix together:
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup cubed ham
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions:
Place a couple of handfuls of frozen potatoes in pie dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Put in microwave for a few seconds to thaw, then press firmly into pie dish to make crust. Bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Pour over potato crust and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes until baked through.
