Crusty Chicken



6 chicken breasts--boneless and skinless 8 oz. sour
cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 tubes Ritz
crackers
2 tablespoons poppyseed 1 stick melted
butter
rice, cooked

Bake the chicken breasts and put in bottom of a 9" by 13" baking dish. Mix
sour cream and soups and spread over the chicken. Crush the crackers with a roller and add poppy seeds, scatter over casserole. Sprinkle melted butter over dish, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

(You can cut the chicken breasts in half for smaller servings)
