Rice Pudding


Cook Cal Rose rice to make 2 cups

(3 cups of water to 1 cup uncooked rice)

Stir in ¼ cup butter to hot rice to melt it

Mix together:

3 Beaten Eggs

2 cups milk

½ cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

½ tsp. salt

Cool rice or add it slowly to egg mixture.

Bake @ 325 in 6X 10 pan for 30 min, then stir well.

Add cinnamon, bake for 20 min or until knife comes out clean
