Chicken Venetian


Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts

1 T wine or cider vinegar

¼ c soy sauce

1/8 tsp onion salt

½ - 1 tsp dried oregano

1 clove garlic

Directions:

Place chicken in greased baking dish. Mix together all ingredients and pour over top of chicken. Cover with foil and bake 375 for 45 minutes. Remove foil and turn chicken over in pan and bake 10 minutes longer.
