Taco Soup by Alise

Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion

28 oz. diced tomatoes (petite sliced del monte is best)

1 cup water

15 oz. pinto beans, rinsed

16 oz. corn, drained

1 pkg. taco seasoning


Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with Fritos, cheese, and sour cream.

Awesome summer recipe! Almost no cooking!
