Ingredients:
4 cups confectioner’s sugar
2-8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1-30oz can pumpkin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until well blended. Beat inremaining ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Makes 7 cups.
