Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients:

4 cups confectioner’s sugar
2-8oz packages cream cheese, softened
1-30oz can pumpkin
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until well blended. Beat in

remaining ingredients. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Makes 7 cups.
