Wax Bean Salad

Ingredients:

2 cans of wax beans

1 cup reduced fat sour cream

1 medium onion grated

2 tablespoons vinegar

Salt, pepper, sugar

Directions:

Wash and drain wax beans

In a small mixing bowl combine sour cream, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar

Place rinsed and drained beans into a bowl add dressing and mix well.

Adjust seasoning to taste.

Refrigerate overnight or one to two hours before serving.
