1 large onion, sliced Garlic, minced
1 zucchini, sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 yellow squash, sliced salt and pepper to taste
Mushrooms, sliced
Fill a medium skillet with an inch of water. Steam all of the vegetables and garlic until tender. (Not too long , so they don’t become mushy) Drain water, season with salt and pepper. Pus shredded cheese on top; cover until melted.
