Luncheon Salad

Ingredients:

Mixed greens, torn (I like using a mix of red and green lettuce)
Ruby red grapefruit segments, separated (can use fresh grapefruit or canned/bottled)
Caesar-flavored croutons
Dressing:
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon celery seeds (or poppy seeds)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup oil
1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or 2 to 3 tablespoons raspberry jam)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. Pour into a container and chill until ready to serve.
Toss with greens before serving.
