Ingredients:
three cups of white rice- cook as directed, serve with chicken
2.5 pounds of chicken
one can of un drained pineapple
one teaspoon of ginger
three tablespoons of ketchup
quarter cup of white vinegar
teaspoon of lemon
three tablespoons of soy sauce
one tablespoon of corn starch
one green pepper
three medium sized carrots
one medium white onion
one glove of garlic
1. Boil chicken, cut into chunks, add to oiled skillet (2 teaspoons oil)
2. Add all ingredients to skillet and simmer until the carrots are soft
3. Serve over rice
