Tacos in Pasta Shells

Ingredients:
18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

1 cup taco sauce

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

3 oz. cream cheese with chives

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 tsp. chili powder

2 cups crushed tortilla chips

¼ tsp. salt

chopped green onions

Directions: Brown beef; drain. Stir in cream cheese, chili powder, and salt; simmer 5 minutes. Fill shells with beef mixture. Arrange in greased baking dish. Top with taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Uncover, top with chips, cheeses and green onions. Bake 15 minutes longer.
TO FREEZE: Prepare shells. Top with sauce. Freeze. Bake, covered at 375 F for 40 minutes. Uncover, top with chips, cheeses, and green onions. Bake 10 minutes longer.
