Ingredients:
½ cup ketchup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 t dry mustard
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 t beef bouillon
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup of the ketchup mixture. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake one hour at 350°. Spread ketchup mixture on meatloaf and bake 10 more minutes.
