Cranberry, Feta, and Roasted Nut Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 cup craisins
1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta
1/2 cup chopped toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans)
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup oil

Directions:

Mix vinegar, honey, mustard, pepper and oil in a blender and refrigerate. Assemble salad ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving.
