INGREDIENTS:
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken chunks, drained
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges or pineapple (fresh) , drained
3/4 cup creamy cucumber salad dressing or mayonnaise
1. Mix together chicken, grapes, nuts, celery, oranges, and dressing. Chill.

Well, I'm not totally sure that this is the recipe Katie gave me. I also had one in my recipe box and I'm not sure which is which, but I wanted her to be in the cookbook and all chicken salads now remind me of Katie and her amazing talents.
