Gazpacho

Ingredients:
2C tomato juice
1C peeled, firmly chopped tomatoes
1/2 C each firmly chopped celery, green pepper, cucumber
1/4 C firmly chopped onion
2t parsley
1t chives
2T wine vinegar
2T olive oil
1t salt, 1/4t pepper
1/2t worchester sauce
small clove garlic minced

Directions:
6 servings. Combine and chill 4 hours or overnight.
