Joanne's Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:


1/2 banana

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. (4 oz.) vanilla yogurt

1/4 c. pineapple juice

1/2 tsp. honey (optional)

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  • Variation: also add 1/4 c. orange juice.
