Ingredients:
Pealed and sliced thick Russet Potatoes
grated cheddar cheese
1 yellow onion sliced
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
In a 9X13 pan spread a thin layer of cream of mushroom soup in pan to prevent sticking. Layer potatoes, soup, onion, cheese until pan is full topping off with cheese. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour t and 20 minutes.
